This Privacy Policy explains how Futurebridge Agents ("Futurebridge", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you visit futurebridge-agents.com or use our services. Futurebridge Agents is operated by Futurebridge Consulting.

- Information you provide: your work email and any details you share when you contact us, book a demo, or start a pilot.
- Usage data: pages visited, referring site, approximate location, browser and device type, collected via privacy-friendly analytics.
- Customer data: for clients, the data your agents access within your connected systems. This is processed on your behalf under our Data Processing Addendum.
2. How we use information
- To respond to enquiries and schedule and deliver demos.
- To provide, maintain, and improve our services.
- To send service communications (we do not run automated drip marketing).
- To meet legal, security, and compliance obligations.
3. AI model training
We do not use your customer data to train shared or foundation models. Data you provide is used only to operate the agents we build for you. A zero-retention mode is available on request.
4. Sharing and sub-processors
We share data only with sub-processors that help us deliver the service (such as cloud hosting, email delivery, and model providers), each bound by appropriate data-protection terms. A current list is maintained in our sub-processors register. We do not sell personal data.
5. Data retention & security
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. We apply industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging. EU and US hosting regions are available; single-tenant VPC and on-prem deployments are offered to enterprise customers.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location (including under the GDPR and UK GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected].
7. Cookies & analytics
We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand aggregate site usage. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
